Termites cause more damage to Australian homes than natural disasters. Their presence is almost impossible for the untrained eye to detect until the damage has become extensive. The only way to detect the presence of termites before extensive damage occurs is to have a Timber Pest Inspection carried out by an experienced, qualified and licensed Pest Technician.

The Service we offer fully exceeds Australian Standard 4349.3. Every inspection is performed by an experienced technician. Our office will arrange access to the property through the real estate agent. You will be provided with a written report that includes digital images of all active Termites if you are unable to attended the inspection. A Pre-purchase inspection can prevent an unwise investment. It is a small price to pay for security and peace of mind in what will probably be the biggest investment of your life.

Termite inspections will not stop termite attack. However regular inspections of your property will detect small problems before major structural damage occurs. The Australian standard recommends a minimum 12 monthly inspection.
